With this unique blend of Yin and Vinyasa yoga, we offer you a complete training in a brand new hybrid format.

The course offers 17 days live instruction with your lead teacher Mariza, including 2 glorious days deep dive into Yin yoga with Manon Charon. Groups are small, with a maximum of 12 students.

Before you arrive, you'll join five live online modules on 17, 18, 25 and 28 October and 1 November, covering bones, muscles, asana, pranayama and the nervous system, so you arrive in Chamonix ready to hit the ground running. Replays are available if you can't make a session live. Once you leave there are some post graduation projects to complete in your own time, with support of the teaching team
